What is CityNest Hotel?

CityNest is a new hotel concept designed for modern travelers: private, compact “nests” that blend smart design with affordability. Our mission is to make staying in NYC stylish, comfortable, and budget-friendly — without the bulk of traditional hotel rooms.

Where is the hotel located?

We’re at 125 Bowery, New York, NY 10002, right between Soho, Chinatown, and the Lower East Side — walkable to galleries, shops, food, and nightlife.

How do I get to the hotel from JFK or the airport?

From JFK: AirTrain to Jamaica Station → Transfer to the J subway line → Ride direct to Bowery Station (no transfers).
‍From LGA/EWR: Taxi, rideshare, or MTA/subway combinations available. Directions included in your booking confirmation.

Are all Nests private?

Yes — every room is a private, lockable Nest. No dorms or shared sleeping spaces.

Do all rooms have shared bathrooms?

No. Sky Nest & Comfort Nest → come with ensuite bathroomsAll other Nests use shared, individual lockable bathrooms in the hallway — private when occupied, cleaned multiple times per day

How big are the sleeping Nests?

Most Nests range from 32 to 45 square feet, designed like premium capsules. Each includes a twin or bunk bed, storage nook, charging ports, and quality linens.

What does it mean when our nests have open ceilings?

Some Nests feature open ceilings with acoustic grid baffles to allow airflow and reduce stuffiness. These are private but not completely soundproof — we recommend earplugs for light sleepers.

What’s the temperature inside the rooms?

The building is climate-controlled year-round to ~70–72°F (21–22°C). Let us know if you need an extra blanket or fan.

Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes! We offer free luggage storage at the front desk and secure lockers for short-term use

Is it quiet inside the rooms?

NYC is the city that never sleeps, so you may occasionally hear hallway movement or city sounds. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide complimentary earbuds and white noise machines.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes. Fast, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, with speeds of up to 100 Mbps so you can work, stream, and stay connected with ease.

Are towels, sheets, and toiletries included?

Absolutely. All Nests come with fresh towels, linens, and a starter kit of soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.

Is there a TV in the room?

No. We’ve kept the experience minimal and restful — but you’ll have fast Wi-Fi and charging ports for streaming on your own device.

Can I check in late?

Yes — we offer 24/7 self-check-in. You’ll receive all the instructions via email and text prior to arrival.

Are free snacks included?

Yeah, We do offer complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea in the guest lounge.
